Pawan Kalyan is a nature lover. He enjoys involving himself in farming work at his huge farmhouse near Shankarapally off Hyderabad. Agriculture is his favorite hobby. As he got a small break between the shoot schedules of his current film ‘Katamarayudu’, he is back to planting trees.
In a series of tweets, Pawan Kalyan posted his way of doing organic farming that involves ‘zero budget Palekar farming’ method. He posted pictures too.
The new shoot schedule of ‘Katamarayudu’ will begin later this week and the team is planning to wrap the entire shoot by next month.
Pawan Kalyan tweeted his support for the Jallikattu movement. He wrote,”Govt of India, cited ‘Animal Cruelty’ as the reason for the ban of ‘Jallikattu and Kodipandem’. If we truly consider this puritanical appraoch then, we have to examine the statistics of #Indian Beef export & Indian Poultry industry.”
He further elaborated, “BAN on #Jallikattu & #Kodipandem by Govt of India is an attack on #Dravida Culture and its integrity; this is how it is being viewed in Dakshin Hindustan. I had observed this ‘deep hurt’ in people of ‘Dakshin Bharat’ while I was shooting in Pollachi (Tamilnadu) and during my political intercations in Andhra, about the Ban of their respective cultural events in recent times.”
