Pawan Kalyan further adds confusion to Pink Remake reports

A lot has been written about Pawan Kalyan’s re-entry into films. Even producer Dil Raju and Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor on record said that they are producing Telugu remake of Bollywood super hit ‘Pink’ with Pawan Kalyan as the lead hero. 

But Pawan Kalyan is now making statements that have become the headlines with his political statements. The actor in his Rayalaseema tour gave enough hints that his party might align with Bharatiya Janata Party. Pawan Kalyan openly admitted that he never distanced himself from BJP and he praised Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Buzz is that his party would officially make an alliance with BJP. He is also very serious about his political activity. 

This leads to confusion about the remake of ‘Pink’. When will he begin the shoot or has he changed his mind about his comeback? Till he makes an official statement, the speculations continue to go on. 

Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee starrer ‘Pink’ has successfully been remade in Tamil with Ajith reprising Big B’s role. The Telugu remake is also planned with the screenplay of the Tamil version. Pawan Kalyan’s image of an honest political leader will definitely suit the role that was played by Ajith. The film’s remake rights are with Boney Kapoor and Boney has joined hands with Dil Raju to produce it in Telugu. Venu Sriram of ‘MCA’ fame has been attached as the director to this remake. 

However, it is not clear when will this remake hit the floors.
