People Media’s next: Witness with Shraddha Srinath

People Media Factory, one of the leading banners in South Indian cinema, has announced a new film. Titled Witness, the multilingual thriller has Shraddha Srinath in the lead role. Rohini Molleti plays another character.

“Witness revolves around an everyday crime in the city, which has happened many times before and had not created a ripple. Yet, for various reasons, it can’t be forgotten. The following investigation exposes the real faces of several gentle human beings. This multilingual, with the world of conservancy workers at its centre, presents a never-seen-before view of metropolitan cities and the invisible corridors of power lying underneath them,” the makers said in a statement.

Shraddha Srinath plays an architect.

The film is bankrolled by T G Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibhotla is the co-producer. Deepak is the director.
