Pindam will keep audience guessing: Yeshwanth

‘Pindam’ will be released in theaters on December 15. The film is directed by newcomer Saikiran Daida and produced by Yeshwanth Daggumati.

“I own a software company chain in the United States. With the desire to pursue a career in filmmaking, I returned to India with my friend Saikiran Daida. The plot of Pindam piqued my interest,” Yeshwanth Daggumati told us.

According to Yashwanth, his debut film was meant to be with actor Siddu Jonnalagadda.

“It was a comedy about crime. However, the lockdown provided a shock to the plan,” he added. Sriram, the film’s lead hero, hasn’t appeared in any films in recent years. Why did the producers pick him? “Director thought Sriram would fit the bill so we selected him,” he went on to say.

“After seeing the trailer, many distributors have expressed interest in releasing. We chose the best from among them,” the producer explained.
