Prithviraj Sukumaran: SSMB29 is on unprecedented scale

Malayalam star and filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran is currently promoting his upcoming Hindi film “Sarzameen,” which premieres on JioHotstar on July 25. During the film’s promotional interviews, he also shared his thoughts on SSMB29, his upcoming project with director S.S. Rajamouli.

Prithviraj plays a key role in the ambitious globe-trotting adventure drama, which stars Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra in the lead. Speaking about Rajamouli’s vision, Prithviraj said the film goes far beyond anything audiences have seen before and is being crafted on a scale unlike anything previously attempted in Indian cinema.

“Rajamouli always delivers grand visual spectacles,” he said. “But this is even bigger. Truly unique in both vision and execution.”

SSMB29, the working title for the untitled adventure thriller, is currently in production, though filming is on a brief pause.
