In the morning producers of Suriya’s ‘S3’ denied the news of postponement by evening they had to backtrack. As Chennai is on fire as the Jallikattu movement turned suddenly violent, the makers have decided not to release the movie this weekend.
Confirming the change in release date, Telugu version’s producer Siva Kumar said: “Our film that was to release on 26th Jan in Telugu and Tamil has been postponed. We took this decision after careful thought in the aftermath of Jallikattu movement turning violent in Chennai. We will announce new release date shortly.”
‘S3’ or ‘Singam 3 Yamudu 3’ is directed by Hari and it stars Suriya, Anushka and Shruti Haasan. The film was postponed earlier too.
