USA BO: Good run for 3 movies in second weekend

All three Sankranthi movies have now entered into profit zone. By end of second weekend, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Khaidi No 150’ and Dil Raju produced Sharwanand and Anupama starrer ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ have also given profits to the buyers.

‘Khaidi No 150’ has added another $148k to its tally in the second weekend and now the movie stands at total gross of $2.394 million.

In the second weekend, ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ got big numbers and performed on strong note. It collected about $131k in the three days last weekend and now the movie stands with the cumulative gross of $682k.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ didn’t add exceptional amount to its tally in the second weekend as predicted by trade analysts. The film grossed about $145k in its second weekend. The cumulative gross of the movie now stands at $ 1.60 million.

And all three movies are profitable to the distributors. This is bountiful Sankranti season for USA distributors of Telugu movies.
