Actor Nikhil Siddharth and producer Rajasekhar Reddy were at odds over the releasing date of their film, Spy. Nikhil Siddharth asked the film to be postponed from June 29 because he wanted to aggressively promote the film in North India, where he earned popularity following ‘Karthikeya 2’.
However, producer Rajasekhar Reddy has declared that the film would be released on June 29.
The film is a spy thriller starring Iswarya Menon as Nikhil’s love interest.
Garry BH, a film editor-turned-director, is directing this film about the mystery surrounding Netaji Subash Chandra Bose’s death. The theatrical trailer is set to be released next week.
