While Puli is now running in theatres in Tamilnadu, the Telugu version could not hit the theatres anywhere even on Friday morning. Vijay starrer Puli was to release on October 1st landed in financial troubles and released in Tamilnadu a bit late.
In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the movie could not hit the screens due to the Telugu version’s producer facing huge financial issues. The latest info is that the original producers of Tamil version are now releasing Telugu version on their own and shows might commence later this evening. Probably from 6pm onwards.
Although Vijay doesn’t enjoy the stardom and craze in Telugu states as Suriya or Vikram do but Puli has created good buzz thanks to the presence of Sridevi and Shruti Haasan apart from the fact the movie is graphical extravaganza .
