Ram Charan and Sukumar’s movie current shooting schedule has been called off due to heat wave in Rajamundry. The unit went to Godavari area last week but the team has decided not to continue the shoot there. The team has taken off from the shoot and will commence regular shoot in the first week of June.
“After completing the Hyderabad schedule, due to extreme heat conditions with temperature touching 45 to 47 degrees in Rajahmundry a decision was taken by the production house to postpone the shoot to avoid exposing the artistes and the technicians to the extreme heat. The producers did not want to take any chance keeping in mind that Samantha already suffered sunstroke in the earlier schedule,” the production house gave a statement.
On the other hand, director Sukumar is planning to shoot an introduction song of the hero at a special set to be erected on the banks of river Godavari. Due to this delay, the movie may not be readied for September release. Hence the producers said, “we are planning to announce the release date only in the month of August.”
The film also has Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj and Aadi in the key roles.
