Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is currently focused on promoting “Ramayana,” which is slated for a Diwali 2026 release. The epic also stars Sai Pallavi and Yash. Alongside “Ramayana,” Ranbir is busy filming “Love & War,” directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Speculation has been rife about Ranbir’s next project after completing these two films. While several reports suggested that he would headline Dhoom 4, the actor put those rumors to rest during his appearance at San Diego Comic-Con.
“Right now I am working on Ramayana and another film called Love & War,” Ranbir said.
Interestingly, the actor made no mention of “Animal Park,” the much-awaited sequel to the blockbuster Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
The likely reason is that the project is yet to move into the next stage. Vanga is currently occupied with “Spirit”, starring Prabhas, and is expected to take up Animal Park only after completing that film. Until the script is finalized and schedules are locked, Ranbir appears to be keeping the sequel off his immediate lineup.
Fans are eagerly waiting for an official update on “Animal Park,” but for now, the actor’s focus remains firmly on “Ramayana” and “Love & War.”
