Rashmika Mandanna is at the peak of her career. After “Animal” and “Pushpa 2,” she had acted in “Chhaava,” a film about Maratha king Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film starred Vicky Kaushal as the king.
The film raked in an impressive Rs 31 crore on its opening day, becoming Vicky Kaushal’s biggest opener. The film received mixed reviews; the collections are pretty strong.
However, there are also allegations that much of this opening collection is part of “corporate booking”. If the picture sustains its initial excitement and becomes a blockbuster, it would be a hat-trick success for Rashmika Mandanna.
Rashmika Mandanna expressed gratitude to director Laxman Utekar, Vicky Kaushal, and the entire team. She expressed her profound affection for the role she portrayed and the film itself.
“Chhaava” is the first film of Rashmika Mandanna this year, 2025. She has lined up many more releases later this year.
