Very recently, the Active Telugu Film Producers Guild (ATFPG) took a decision of slashing remuneration of all actors and technicians by 20 % due to the COVID19 pandemic. In other words, no actor should not hike their remunerations and they should slash the current paycheck.
Rashmika who used to take about Rs 1 plus crore before the release of ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ and ‘Bheeshma’ wanted a hike in her remuneration because she has tasted two big hits. But to her bad luck, the COVID19 pandemic has spoiled her prospects.
However, she is said to have come up with a clever game. She is now quoting big remuneration to producers. When they remind about the Guild’s decision to cut in the paycheck, she is readily agreeing to that 20% cut. Thus she is getting more than what she used to receive.
Rashmika Mandanna will soon join the regular shoots of ‘Aadalloo Meeku Joharlu’ and ‘Pushpa’.
