Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has digitally launched Shashtipoorthi’s soulful second single, ‘Iru Kanulu Kanulu’, and heaped praise on the team. “The song sounds beautiful, and Shashtipoorthi looks like a heartwarming family entertainer,” he said, adding, “With my dear brother Rajendra Prasad in it, the film will surely be special.”
The melodious duet, sung by SP Charan and Vibhavari Apte Joshi, is composed by the legendary Ilaiyaraaja. Director Pavan Prabha shared that the song, shot in picturesque Rajahmundry, is special.
Anchoring the family story is Rupeysh Choudhary, who plays the hero and has also bankrolled the film. The prominence of retaining the stability of the family system, the relevance of healthy upbringing, and other such themes are integral to the story of Shashtipoorthi. Akanksha Singh as the heroine, the cast also includes Chakrapani Ananda, Achyut Kumar, Prabhas Sreenu, Chalaki Chanti, Muralidhar Goud, and Jabardasth Ram.
