Red waiting for the cinema halls to reopen

Now that Nani starrer ‘V’ is streaming on the OTT platform skipping the theatrical window, other medium-range movies like ‘Nishabdham’ and ‘Miss India’ have also locked deals. Anushka starrer ‘Nishabdham’ will soon stream on Amazon Prime. The official announcement will come later this month

Now all eyes on Ram starrer ‘Red’? Will the makers of ‘Red’ change their plans and also opt for direct OTT release? Well, the movie’s satellite and general digital rights have already been snapped up by the Gemini group. But the group is not in favor of giving a high price for direct OTT release.

Hence, the makers will be waiting for the resumption of the theatres. ‘Red’ may not stream on OTT before the theatrical release.

‘Red’ is directed by Kishore Tirumala and produced by Sravanthi Ravikishore. It has Nivetha Pethuraj and Malavika Sharma as the heroine. Ram will appear in two roles.
