Sachin Tendulkar to grace ‘800’ trailer launch event

Muttiah Muralitharan, the renowned off-spinner, is the only bowler in International Test cricket history to have taken 800 wickets. A biopic has been made on him. The film is directed by MS Sripathy and co-written by Booker Prize laureate Shehan Karunatilaka.

On September 5th, a large-scale trailer event for the film will take place in Mumbai. Sachin Tendulkar, the God of Cricket, will be the event’s chief guest. Senior Tollywood producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad has secured the distribution rights to ‘800’ for the entire country in all languages.

The film was made in Tamil and will be distributed in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

“I am very happy that the iconic Sachin Tendulkar is gracing the trailer launch event,” producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad remarked of the high-profile trailer premiere event.

“Muttiah Muralitharan, as well as other well-known cricketers and movie stars, will be in attendance. The post-production of ‘800’ is moving quickly,” he added.
