Following the knife attack at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on January 16, actor Saif Ali Khan received discharge from Lilavati Hospital today. He underwent treatment for injuries sustained during the assault for five days at the hospital.
Wearing a white shirt and blue denim jeans, the actor was seen walking comfortably and also waved his hands at fans waiting to see him. He thanked his fans and well-wishers for all their prayers and blessings.
His apartment also received increased security and new CCTV cameras.
Investigations are ongoing with the Mumbai police, who have arrested the suspect named Shariful Islam.
