Malalyalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran is promoting his upcoming film, The Goat Life (Aadujeevitham), which will be released on March 28, 2024. During the promotions, the star also discussed the start of “Salaar 2”.
Although “Salaar,” directed by Prashanth Neel, was a blockbuster, it was also criticized for excessive violence and over-stuffed information in the final 30 minutes. Prithviraj Sukumaran, who played Prabhas’ friend in the film, stated that it was planned as one rather than two parts.
The climax episode of the first part of “Salaar” was originally planned as interval bang.
Prithviraj agrees that the film’s final act is overly dense. “However, the second part will provide more clarity, making it easy for everyone to understand and enjoy,” he added.
“Salaar 2,” starring Prabhas as Deva and Prithviraj Varada, will begin filming soon. The film is expected to be released in 2025.
