Shruti Haasan posts her hula hoop video

Shruti Haasan enjoys workout sessions. She used to do Hula Hooping as a daily workout program. However, she claims to be out of practice these days.

The 37-year-old actress recently quit doing this because she thought she had grown older. She posted a preview of her new video on Instagram today. Shruti aced a couple rounds with the hula hoop in the video, clothed in a black sports bra and loose shorts.

“So out of practice !!! But this is like my most favourite way to work out without it feeling like I’m working out at all 🙂 I used to be able to do major tricks and I told myself “ ahhh it’s ok you’re older now “ no eff that !!! Things that are fun. Ever stop being fun and turns out I’m still just an over grown goth papa … so don’t let time and people tell you to grow up (sic),” she wrote.

Shruti Haasan will next be seen in “Salaar” alongside Prabhas. The film is set to be released in theaters on September 28.
