With bubbly looks and expressive eyes, Keerthy Suresh won the hearts of Telugu audiences. Who can forget her impeccable performance in films such as ‘Mahanati’? People loved her vivacious avatar. But she wanted a slender look and lost weight heavily.

She definitely has achieved the look she wanted but invariably she lost all the glow and natural sparkle in her face. Her face is looking pale. That is quite evident from the photographs she is sharing on her Instagram.
