Here’s the latest update on #SSMB29, the first film in the combination of superstar Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli. The team that went to Koraput in Odisha to film some key sequences two weeks ago has completed the schedule.
After wrapping up, Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli met with local authorities in Koraput, Odisha, to express gratitude for their hospitality. The film, which also features Priyanka Chopra, has generated a lot of publicity during its Odisha schedule, with the local politicians tweeting about it. This is the first time that Rajamouli filmed his movie in the Koraput region.
Prithviraj Sukumaran, the Malayalam star who also plays a key role, left the region two days ago, wrapping up his work, and now the entire team has completed the shoot in Odisha.
SS Rajamouli has referred to the project as his biggest to date, and there’s anticipation that it will be distributed by a big Hollywood studio. The director termed the film a ‘globe-trotting adventure thriller.’
Produced by KL Narayana, this untitled film will continue its shooting in various parts of the world, including Kenya, until next year.
