Nani is aiming high with “The Paradise”, touted as his most ambitious and expensive film to date. Set in the bygone era of Secunderabad, the film features Nani as Jadalu, a rugged character with braided hair, tattoos across his body, and one tattoo on his hand that boldly reads “ba**rd.”
Directed by Srikanth Odela of “Dasara” fame and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri, the film is currently being shot at various locations in Hyderabad. Key sequences featuring Nani, Mohan Babu, and Sonali Kulkarni are underway. The team has set an ambitious target to release the film on March 26, 2026.

However, meeting that deadline might be a tall order. Despite the ongoing shoot, the team hasn’t recorded a single song yet. Music director Anirudh Ravichander, who is juggling several high-profile projects like “Jailer 2” and “King”, is known for taking his time to complete songs and background scores.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s “Peddi”, also scheduled for a March 2026 release, has already dropped its first song “Chikiri Chikiri”, which is trending online. This contrast puts additional pressure on “The Paradise” team to speed up their music work.
Director Srikanth Odela is currently in Chennai working on the music sessions with Anirudh.
Interestingly, “The Paradise “is being planned as a global release. Earlier reports suggested that Nani’s team was in talks with Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds to come on board as a presenter to enhance the film’s international reach, though no official update has surfaced on that front yet.
