Tholi Prema finally joins million-dollar club

It took 15 days for ‘Tholi Prema’ to reach to the $1 million mark after scoring whopping $650k in its opening weekend. In other words, the film took another 12 days to add 350k dollars to its kitty.
 
The film’s run was slowed down later and the good run of ‘Awe’ also further affected the collections. However, Varun Tej can now boast that he has two movies that have crossed gross of one million dollars at US box office.
 
‘Tholi Prema’ achieved this $1 million mark today. Varun Tej’s previous hit “Fidaa” is ranked among all-time biggest hits as it grossed 2 million dollars in USA.
 
‘Tholi Prema’ is directed by newcomer Venky Atluri and produced by BVSN Prasad.
