The Telugu film industry rejoiced as Pawan Kalyan took over as Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister. Top producers, part of the the Active Film Producers Guild, will now head to Amaravathi to congratulate the actor turned politician in person.
The group of producers consisting of Dil Raju, Aswini Dutt, Mythri Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar, S Radha Krishna, Naga Vamsi, TG Viswa Prasad, Vivek Kuchibotla, DVV Danayya and Damodar Prasad will meet Pawan Kalyan on Monday (June 24) at his camp office in the capital region of Andhra Pradesh. They will congratulate and felicitate him on his appointment as deputy chief minister of the state.
The producers say it is a great honor for the Telugu film industry that a big Telugu star has become deputy chief minister.
With Pawan Kalyan at the helm of governance in Andhra Pradesh, the industry hopes to receive additional benefits from the government. Many of these producers have produced films with Pawan Kalyan.
