Veteran singer Udit Narayan defended a viral video showing him kissing fans on the lips during a live performance. Reacting to the row over this kissing video, he stated that he is not ashamed of it.
Udit Narayan further added, “There is nothing sleazy in it.” He called it a ‘manifestation of love’ between him and his fans.
“They love me. I love them back even more,” he added.
Udit Narayan turned 69 recently.
He sarcastically commented this controversy would make him popular and bring him the Bharat Ratna award. The singer further added there is nothing to hide, as the kissing incident took place a month ago in a concert in full public view.
