“UI”, the latest film from Upendra, received mixed reactions but the film is creating huge impact at the box office. The Telugu version is having an impressive run.
The collections saw upward jump over the weekend. The film’s message and political satire is being recoginised.
In its initial three days, the film had surpassed 400,000 ticket sales on BookMyShow, attracting crowds from both Telugu states and Karnataka to theaters.
“I do not frequently direct films. I express my gratitude to the Telugu audience for their profound affection. This film is distinctive, with the audience as its genuine focal point. I created this film with complete trust in all of you (audiences),” he said.
Simultaneously, more theaters have been introduced in Karnataka, where the picture has achieved the highest opening of the year.
