Uyyalavada: Final script narrated to Chiru

Megastar Chiranjeevi today heard the final script of ‘Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy’, a source informed us. Director Surendra Reddy gave the narration of his treatment of the story to the Megastar. The movie is about the great freedom fighter ‘Uyyalavada’ of Kurnool district who fought against British much before 1857. So, satisfied with this, Chiru is said to have asked the director now to begin the pre-production work and set work for it.

The film will be Chiranjeevi’s 151st movie and Ram Charan on Konidela Productions will produce it. So impressed with Surender Reddy’s work of ‘Racegurram’ and ‘Dhruva’, Megastar asked him to direct his 151st movie. Parachuri Brothers prepared the original script of ‘Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy’ but Surender Reddy has re-written the screenplay in his style.

The movie is likely to be launched next month. Chiru’s idea is to release the movie for Sankranthi 2018.
