Varun Tej lands in South Korea for Korean Kanakaraju shoot

Varun Tej has arrived in South Korea, not for a vacation but for the next schedule of his upcoming film “Korean Kanakaraju”.

The film, which marks Varun Tej’s 15th project, is directed by Merlapaka Gandhi and produced jointly by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainment. As the title suggests, the story has a connection to South Korea.

The team has already completed a major portion of the shoot in Hyderabad. The South Korean schedule will focus on filming songs, important scenes, and action sequences over the next ten days.

Ritika Nayak plays the female lead opposite Varun Tej, while popular comedian Satya Akkala appears in a key role.

According to the makers, Varun Tej is undergoing a noticeable transformation for the film and is presenting himself in a fresh avatar. Music for the project is being composed by S. Thaman.

The team is expected to announce the film’s release date after completing the South Korea schedule.
