Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s action drama ‘War’ has created an all-time new record in India. The film became the highest-opening movie of all-time in India among Hindi movies. The film raked in Rs 53.35 Cr in India (all-languages).
The movie also took good openings in Telugu states despite ‘Sye Raa’ many all records. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it received Rs 2.4 Cr nett which is very good considering the competition from Chiranjeevi’s movie.
‘Sye Raa’ collected nearly Rs 38 Cr share in Telugu states. ‘War’ is directed by Siddharth Anand. The film is an action drama on the lines of ‘Yevadu’ aka ‘Face Off’. The high-octane action entertainer saw Hrithik and Tiger pitted against each other in a massive showdown. The film was shot in some of the most stunning locations of the world. The team traveled to 7 different countries and 15 world cities to film this action extravaganza. Hrithik and Tiger had raised the bar of action by mercilessly fighting each other on land, water, ice, and air.
