Acharya to give clarity about the release date

There is so much confusion about the release dates of all the big movies amid lockdown. It will take a minimum of 6 months to 1 year for the entire industry to come back to normalcy. But shootings would begin and theaters may open in the coming months. But biggies can only release next year.

‘Acharya’ which was planned for August 14 release will now look for a better date in 2021 (Sankranthi 2021 is one option). Chiranjeevi is now thinking of announcing the release date very soon to end confusion. If he announces the release date, other films will also plan their dates.

‘Acharya’ is being directed by Koratala Siva. The film is produced by Niranjan Reddy and Ram Charan. Kajal Aggarwal has been cast opposite Chiranjeevi in the film.
