Acharya to move to Kakinada!

The shoot of ‘Acharya’ is in progress. The team is now planning to head to Kakinada to film some important sequences in the port.

Lately, Kakinada port has become the favorite shooting spot for Telugu filmmakers. Blockbusters like ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’ were shot here. The Chiranjeevi starrer ‘Acharya’ will have to film a couple of sequences in Kakinada.

Directed by Siva Koratala, ‘Acharya’ is expected to wrap its entire shooting part by next month. The film has Chiranjeevi playing the titular character and Ram Charan as Siddha, a student leader. Pooja Hegde and Kajal Aggarwal are the leading ladies.

Meanwhile, music director Thaman is busy recording songs for Chiranjeevi’s next film, the Telugu remake of ‘Lucifer’. He went to London to record a song at the famous Abbey Road Studios with a 60 piece grand philharmonic orchestra.
