Allu Arjun has landed in Tokyo to kick-start promotions for “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” which is gearing up for its Japanese release under the title “Pushpa Kunrin.” After creating box office havoc in India, the Sukumar-directed action entertainer is now all set to test its strength in the Japanese market.
Ahead of the grand release on January 16, Allu Arjun travelled to Japan along with his family and has already begun promotional activities. The actor recently shared a glimpse of Tokyo on his Instagram, giving fans a peek into his Japan visit.
Director Sukumar has also arrived in Japan to support the film’s release.
For Pushpa Kunrin, distributors Geek Pictures and Shochiku have collaborated with Sukumar Writings and Mythri Movie Makers to bring the high-octane action drama to Japanese audiences. The film is expected to release in nearly 250 theatres across Japan, marking a significant overseas expansion for the Pushpa franchise.
Other top Telugu actors like NTR, Prabhas and Ram Charan have promoted their previous films in Tokyo. Now, Allu Arjun is also trying to build his fan base in Japan.
