Ashika Ranganath confirms film with Ravi Teja

Kannada actress Ashika Ranganath is steadily building her career in Telugu cinema, often starring opposite senior stars. Though she is still under 30, Ashika has been sharing screen space with leading actors who are decades older. She recently appeared alongside 66-year-old Nagarjuna in “Naa Saami Ranga” and is currently working with 70-year-old Megastar Chiranjeevi in “Vishwambhara.:

Adding to her lineup, Ashika has now signed a new film with Ravi Teja, who is 57. The actress has no qualms about pairing opposite senior heroes and considers it a privilege to work with such established talents.

While promoting her Kannada film “Gatha Vaibhava” in Hyderabad, Ashika revealed that she has already begun shooting for Ravi Teja’s film, directed by Kishore Tirumala. The director-actor duo has teamed up for a wholesome family entertainer centered on the dynamics of a husband-and-wife relationship.

The fun-filled drama is targeting an early 2026 release, meaning Ashika Ranganath will have two major Telugu releases next year.
