Deepika Padukone declared as the highest paid actress

Deepika Padukone, who will make her Telugu debut in “Kalki 2898 AD,” has been named the highest-paid actress in 2024. She surpassed other actresses to become the highest-paid actress in the Indian film industry.

Kagana Ranaut, Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Nayanthara, and Kiara Advani are much behind Deepika Padukone.

According to Forbes, Deepika Padukone takes home a paycheck between Rs 15 and 30 crores each movie. She reportedly charged more than Rs 20 crore for “Kalki 2898 AD”.

Deepika Padukone has recently achieved successes with “Jawan” and “Pathaan”.

She took a leave of absence from her acting responsibilities because she is expecting her first child. She also avoided promotional activities for “Kalki 2898 AD” because of this.

Kagana Ranaut came in second and Priyanka Chopra third, with remunerations ranging from Rs 15 to 20 crore.
