Deepika wants to teach these values to her child

In September of this year, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will become parents for the first time. Their pregnancy was just announced.

Pregnancy has made Deepika Padukone even more ecstatic. And what she wants her child to inherit from her is quite obvious. In a recent interview, Deepika Padukone expressed her desire to instil in her children a strong sense of rootedness.

She mentioned that whenever she reconnects with her childhood friends and family members, they often comment on how much she hasn’t changed. No one should let fame and fortune transform them to the point where they cut ties with their loved ones. Their shared goal is to teach their children the same principles that she and Ranveer hold dear.

She will next be seen in Prabhas’s “Kalki 2898 AD”, which is slated to hit the theaters on May 9th.
