Details: Ala Vaikunthapurramloo's Bollywood remake

The producers of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’ have begun efforts to take it to Bollywood. Producer S Radha Krishna in association with a Bollywood company will be remaking it in Hindi.

Karthik Aryan, the current heartthrob of Bollywood audiences, has been approached to reprise Allu Arjun’s role. However, it is too early to talk about casting.

Given the fact that none of Trivikram’s movies had worked in other languages be it ‘Atadu’ or ‘Attarintiki Daaredhi’, it would be interesting to see how would this move fare in Bollywood. ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramloo’ became the second biggest hit in Tollywood’s industry.
