“Kalki 2898 AD” features a slew of top actors in addition to the lead pair of Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan, two legendary actors, play pivotal roles. Another female lead is played by Disha Patani.
There’s a talk that Dulquer Salmaan also plays a role. Dulquer Salmaan has a long history of friendship with director Nag Ashwin. Dulquer played an important role in Nag Ashwin’s previous film, “Mahanati.” He also played the lead in Nag Ashwin’s father-in-law Ashwini Dutt’s film “Sita Ramam.”
So he seems to have made a cameo appearance in “Kalki 2898 AD.”
During his promotional interviews for “King of Kotha,” Dulquer mentioned visiting the sets of “Kalki” and being impressed by Nag Ashwin’s vision. He didn’t deny or confirm his involvement in the film when asked specifically. He simply stated that he had visited the film’s set.
