First look poster: Gauthamiputra Satakarni

Here is the first look poster of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 100th movie ‘Gauthamiputra Satakarni’. On the occasion of Balakrishna’s birthday (June 10th), the poster was unveiled.

With a caption – An Unsung Hero of India’s Greatest Warrior Emperor, the poster looks awesome. True to the movie’s theme, the first look poster reeks of grandeur. Director Krish is truly making this movie in an epic manner. With this first look, we can hike our expectations on the movie. The film tells the story of great emperor Satakarni, belonging to the dynasty of Satavahana who ruled the most part of current South India.

Krish is directing the film while First Frame Entertainments is producing it on a large scale. Shriya has been cast as main heroine to play the queen while Bollywood’s senior actress Hemamalini is stepping in to do the role of Gauthami, the Rajamatha.

Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music. The film’s teaser is expected to come out on 10th June.
