Geeta Arts has big plans for year 2017

One does not need any introduction about Geetha Arts because this production is a house hold name. Since 1972, this biggest South Indian production house is making films with stars, super stars delivering hits, super hits and blockbusters. The saga of Geetha Arts went unstoppable in 2016 and continues to go further.

Fundamental principles followed at Geetha Arts are strong content, top production values and great marketing for every film. We catch the eye balls of entire India whenever a new movie is announced.

Geetha Arts continued its winning streak in 2016 and scored a superb hat Trick with Sarrainodu, SreeRastu Subhamastu and Dhruva. In Kannada, Sundaranga Jana (Remake of Bhale Bhale Magadivoyi) association of Rockline Venaktesh also scored a big hit.

“Our 1st release Sarrainodu stood as one of the industry top hits and Allu Arjun career’s biggest hit. Our 2nd film Srirastu Subhamastu is a big break for my son Allu Sirish which earned good collection at box office.

After scoring memorable blockbuster Magadheera with Ramcharan, everybody was eyeing on Dhruva. Thankfully, Dhruva became 2nd biggest grosser in Ramcharan career and one of the biggest hits in India despite demonization glooms. This makes Geetha Arts feel more proud and happy,” he said.

After scoring hat trick with both sons and nephew, December end bought more joy to the banner in the form of Sundaranga Jana success in Kannada. GA2 banner started in 2015 (A division of Geetha Arts) will be under the control of Bunny Vas. He will manage this banner. Earlier, GA 2 produced super hit Bhale Bhale Magadivoyi along with UV creations. This film now remade in Kannada as Sundaragana Jana became successful.

“GA2 will produce more concept based mid level films in 2017. We produce solely and also in association with other banners from various languages,” Bunny Vas told.

2016 is also a remarkable year for Geetha Arts marketing teams which strive in creating new concepts for film promotions. With Sarrainodu they introduced pre release function concept unlike regular audio functions. This new concept clicked big time and many big ticket films are following the pattern.
