The Andhra Pradesh government has begun resorting to action on cinema halls again. As Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Bheemla Nayak’ is scheduled to hit the theaters in Andhra Pradesh, the revenue officials swung into action.
The officials told the theater owners to strictly abide by the existing G.O and rules of not holding benefit shows or restricting shows to four in a day. The film will also have to be screened at normal ticket rates. Ticket prices cannot be hiked, the authorities informed the theater owners.
Strict action on the theatres will be taken if violated. Theater owners must cooperate with the government, the officials said.
‘Bheemla Nayak’ stars Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. Pawan Kalyan as the president of the Jana Sena party has been criticizing the ruling Andhra Pradesh government’s policies and governance.
Meanwhile, the Telangana government has permitted the fifth show for the film in the state for two weeks.
