I am open to glamour roles: Malavika

Malavika Nair stands out even in minuscule roles or cameo appearances. She is such talented. The actress who still is pursuing studies does movies when she gets holidays for college, signs films that offer her strong characters. But she is open to all kind of roles and has no qualms in doing glamour roles.

Malavika is seen in films like ‘Kalyana Vaibhogame’, ‘Evade Subramanyam’ and ‘Mahanati’. It was her role in ‘Taxiwaala’ that got more applause than the main female lead Priyanka. She has less screen time in the film. Yet she has not issues with this. “I signed this film two years ago but it got released now. Length of the role is not important its significance matters,” she says.

Currently, she is studying BA in History. She will next be seen in a cameo role in NTR’s Biopic.

Talking about Me Too movement, Malavika said it is an important movement that she would lend support. However, I have never faced such harassment, she asserts.
