Kangana Ranaut, the popular actress, was recently elected as a Member of Parliament from the Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh. She alleged that she was struck by a paramilitary constable at the Chandigarh airport while undergoing a security screening.
Kangana Ranaut took to social media to recount an incident in which she was struck by a female constable while traveling from Chandigarh to Delhi.
“I am receiving phone calls inquiring about my well-being. To begin with, I am safe and perfectly fine. The CISF police officer struck my face. I inquired as to why she engaged in that action, to which she responded by stating that she supports the farmers’ protests,” Kangana expressed in the video.
“I am safe, but my concern is the appropriate approach to address the increasing presence of terrorists in Punjab,” she added.
