I will act even after becoming mother: Samantha

Samantha says she loves acting in Telugu films. Tollywood offered me respect and love, she opined. Reacting to the casting couch allegations, Samantha said she didn’t have to struggle in the industry since her first film became a runaway hit. “I didn’t face such problem,” she said.

“Sexual harassment exists in every industry. Thankfully, industry and government have already taken a mechanism to curb this. Personally, I feel this industry is safe for women which is why I want to continue actin even after I give birth to a child,” she defends the movie industry by proclaiming it is safer place for women workforce.

Samantha will be seen as journalist in ‘Mahanati’ that is releasing this week and she will appear as Vishal’s lover in ‘Abhimanyudu’ that is slated for release this weekend.
