The team of Shashtipoorthi has released a soulful new thematic song titled “Veyi Venuvula Naadam Mogey”, which beautifully captures the spirit of celebrating a 60th birthday.
The song, launched by director Nag Ashwin, follows three previously released romantic tracks and adds emotional weight to the film’s narrative.
Directed by Pavan Prabha and produced by Rupeysh under the MAA AAIE Productions banner, Shashtipoorthi stars Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Archana, Rupeysh, and Aakanksha Singh in lead roles and is scheduled for release on May 30.
The song is penned by Chaitanya Prasad, sung by Karthik and Vibhavari Apte Joshi, and choreographed by Swarna Master, with music composed by maestro Ilaiyaraaja. Director Pavan Prabha stated that this track will become a staple at future Shashtipoorthi celebrations and praised the lyrical and visual richness of the song, which was filmed on an authentic manduva logili set designed by veteran art director Thota Tharani.
With its strong emotional core and Ilaiyaraaja’s timeless music, Shashtipoorthi is set to be a memorable tribute to life, love, and legacy.
