Kajal says she narrowly escaped in Indian 2 mishap

The massive accident on the sets of Shankar directed Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal starrer ‘Indian 2’ aka ‘Bharateeyudu 2’ has sent shockwaves in the Indian film industry. It raised concerns about the lack of safety measures on the movie sets. The mishap left three technicians including an assistant director dead and ten injured. It is now revealed that even actress Kajal Aggarwal on the spot. She narrowly escaped from the unfortunate accident that happened when a crane with heavy-duty light came crashing down.

Kajal Aggarwal took it to social media to share her shock. “In so much shock, denial, trauma from the monstrous crane accident last night. All it took was a fraction of a second to stay alive and type this tweet. Just that one moment. Gratitude. So much learning and appreciation for the value of time and life,” she posted.

Both Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal were shooting for a key scene in the film in Chennai. In a split of 10 seconds, they escaped from being crushed under the crane.
