Yesteryears actress, director, and superstar Krishna’s second wife Vijaya Nirmala passed away last year. In her memory, her only son Naresh installed a bronze statue at their residence in Hyderabad. Marking her birth anniversary today, the statue was unveiled.
Mahesh Babu also attended the event. Accompanied by his wife Namrata, he was present all through the event. Superstar Krishna, Krishnam Raju, Murali Mohan and other celebrities were spotted.
Vijaya Nirmala directed nearly half a century of the movies and had acted in 100’s movies as the heroine. She married Krishna and Mahesh Babu is her step-son.
