Prabhas and director Nag Ashwin have collaborated on a science fiction thriller titled “Kalki 2898 AD”. The film is preparing for its debut in the theaters during the summer holiday period.
Director Nag Ashwin announced that the film’s trailer will be released 93 days from today. That means, the trailer is expected to be released within the first week of April.
“We will imminently disclose the date of release. The trailer will be released 93 days later,” Nag Ashwin stated during a conversation with students at IIT Mumbai.
The film “Kalki 2898 AD” stars Prabhas as the protagonist who saves the planet, with Deepika Padukone playing the role of the female lead. Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan play the characters of a mentor and a villain, respectively, in the movie. “All of these great actors share a profound love for cinema,” the filmmaker remarked.
The film is being produced by C Ashwini Dutt under the Vyjayanthi Movies brand. Santosh Narayanan is in charge of the music.
