Kangana Ranaut who will be essaying the role of Tamilnadu’s former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will learn Tamil language to understand the character better and feel closer to her. I will begin my language classes soon, Kangana said. She also said she signed the film as she sees ‘parallels with my own journey in hers’.
Kangana Ranaut has acted in Telugu language before. This will be her maiden Tamil movie. The film will be shot in Tamil and Hindi languages. A L Vijay directs it, while ‘Baahubali’ writer Vijayendra Prasad is penning the script.
