Actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has reacted to recent rumours claiming that she secretly got married. The speculation began after photos of Kangana wearing a mangalsutra and green bangles went viral on social media, leading many to believe she had tied the knot.
Putting an end to the buzz, Kangana clarified that the look was part of a film shoot and not related to her personal life.
“I am filming in and around the city every single day. Someone clicked this random picture with character make-up and now I am getting so many phone calls. But what is the big deal about the married woman look?” she wrote in her clarification.
The actress further assured fans that she would never hide such a major life event.
“Actors play all kinds of roles. I won’t marry secretly, I promise,” Kangana added.
The rumours gained extra attention in recent weeks amid ongoing speculation about her alleged relationship with a young political leader. However, Kangana did not address those reports directly.
