Kannappa: Vishnu Manchu plans pan-India promotions

“Kannappa,” the retelling of the legendary devotee’s journey, has successfully generated buzz with its recently released teaser. The film has Vishnu Manchu in the title role. With popular and top stars like Akshay Kumar, Prabhas, and Mohanlal playing key roles, it garnered all attention.

Now, Vishnu is planning massive promotions across India, inviting these top stars to the events. He has invested big money. He hopes that this film will bring him popularity as a hero. He is releasing the film in all five languages.

There will be grand events in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kochi, besides local events in Telugu states.

Vishnu Manchu takes center stage as Thinnadu, the fearless warrior-turned-devotee who transforms into the ultimate devotee of Lord Shiva. Akshay Kumar plays Lord Shiva, while Mohanlal commands attention as Kirata. Prabhas plays Rudra. Kajal Aggarwal is Goddess Parvati, and Preity Mukhundhan is Vishnu’s love pair.

“Kannappa,” directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, is set for worldwide release on April 25, 2025.
